aka Sam and Rose’s pizza
Bread dough (Grandma used to buy from bakery, but we just use our basic pizza dough recipe)--flatten in 9 x 13 greased pan (we just cook on our pizza stone)
Provolone--sharp imported cheese chopped in little squares--pound in 1" apart
Chopped green onions-1 bunch
1 lg. can progresso diced tomatoes drained and squeezed well
Sprinkle sugar
Sprinkle romano cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
Sprinkle dried oregano , crunched
Punch everything in well
Drizzle olive oil
Bake @350 for 15-20 minutes until brown on bottom
