Chili

CHILI


2 lb. ground turkey, browned and cooked through

1 red onion, diced

3 bell peppers, different colors diced 

32 ounces tomato sauce, canned

24 ounces diced tomatoes, canned

2 cans kidney beans, drained

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp oregano 


Cook all ingredients together in large pot on medium high for about 30 minutes. Lower to a simmer and cook for a couple more hours for flavors to really mix in. 


Literally every time I make this I do it a bit different. Maybe sautĂ©ing some onions in the pan before browning turkey or adding more/less of all the other ingredients.
