CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 C orange juice
3/4 C sugar
1- 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
Bring orange juice and sugar to a boil. Add cranberries and cook stirring constantly until skins begin to pop.
Lower heat and cook until sauce begins to thicken a bit, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove rom heat and cool to room temp to serve.
