Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup


 GIANT REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CUP

A special treat for our Brucey boy


INGREDIENTS:

4 cups milk chocolate chips, divided

2 cups creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

8 TBSP butter, softened

METHOD:

Melt half the chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals

Pour melted chocolate into 10-inch tart pan—cover entire pan including sides

Refrigerate until set

In a large bowl, place the peanut butter, powdered sugar and softened butter and mix until smooth

Pour the peanut butter into the tart pan and smooth the surface

Melt remaining chocolate and pour over the peanut butter

Smooth out chocolate covering entire surface

Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour
