6-8 pork chops (not too thick)
2 eggs
Mix together:
1 C. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
Mix together in separate bowl:
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 large onion cut in rings
paprika
Remove fat from chops. Dip in egg and crumbles and fry until brown. Put in 9x13 pan. Cover with soup and sour cream mixture. Then cover with onion rings. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until onions are cooked.
