Jumbo Shells


JUMBO SHELLS


1 lb ricotta cheese 

12 oz Cottage cheese 

2 C. mozzarella cheese 

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

¾ C grated parmesan cheese 

10 oz frozen chopped spinach, pat dried

2 eggs

¾ tsp oregano 

¼ tsp pepper 

32 oz marinara sauce 

1 lb ground turkey sausage

1 box jumbo shells 

Extra cheese for topping


Brown turkey sausage. Add marinara sauce, set aside. 


Mix together all the cheeses, spinach, eggs, oregano and pepper in large bowl. 


Follow directions on jumbo shell box, be sure to cook very al dente.


Set cooked shells on wax paper until cooled. 


Spread 1/2 C sauce mix on bottom of 9x13 pan. 


Divide cheese mixture evenly between shells and layer in 9x13 pan. 


Top with extra cheese. 


Bake 30 mins @350. Remove foil and bake another ten mins until cheese is golden.
