BASIC WHITE BREAD (Sacrament bread)
1 1/3 C (320ml) Water
4 1/4 C (544g) Bread flour
4 tbsp (46g) sugar
2 tbsp (8g) dry milk
2 tsp (11.2g) salt
2 1/2 Tbsp (35g) butter
2 1/2 tsp (7g) active dry yeast
Place ingredients in Zojirushi bread machine in order. Make a hole in the top of the flour to place yeast in so it doesn't touch the liquid. Place bread in machine on basic mode, medium crust.
ITALIAN HERB

2 1/2 Tbsp (35g) butter
1 1/8 C (126g) shredded American cheese
1/3 C (40g) red onion, minced
2 1/2 tsp (7g) active dry yeast
Place ingredients in Zojirushi bread machine in order. Make a hole in the top of the flour to place yeast in so it doesn't touch the liquid. Place bread in machine on regular basic mode, medium crust.
HONEY BREAD
1 1/4 C (300ml) water
4 1/4 C (544g) bread flour
4 Tbsp (80g) Honey
2 tsp (11.2g) salt
2 1/2 Tbsp (35g) butter
2 1/2 tsp (7g) Active dry yeast

Place ingredients in Zojirushi bread machine in order. Make a hole in the top of the flour to place yeast in so it doesn't touch the liquid. Place bread in machine on regular WHEAT mode, medium crust.
100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
1 7/8 C (450ml) water
4 3/4 C (570g) whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp (46g) Sugar
1 Tbsp (20g) Molasses
2 Tbsp (8g) Dry milk
2 tsp (11.2g) salt
4 Tbsp (32g) vital wheat gluten
2 Tbsp (28g) Butter
2 tsp (5.6g) Active dry yeast
Place ingredients in Zojirushi bread machine in order. Make a hole in the top of the flour to place yeast in so it doesn't touch the liquid. Place bread in machine on regular WHEAT mode, medium crust.
