HOMEMADE TORTILLAS--Finally a recipe I can get to work every time!
3 C All Purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
1 cup warm water
Mix dry ingredients in Bosch until well combined. Add liquids with mixer running. Continue mixing until well combined. Wrap dough in Syrian wrap and place in dark drawer for 20 mins to rest.
Divide dough in to 16 equal pieces and drop in flour. Roll dough out one by one with floured rolling pin and counter surface. Do not stack uncooked rolled tortilla dough. Place on griddle on medium heat as you finish rolling each tortilla. Cook one minute on first side, flip and cook another 15 seconds. Place in tortilla warmer.
