Blueberry Protein Pancakes

 

BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES

Blend together in blender:

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 

2 cups low-fat cottage cheese 

1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

4 large eggs

4 egg whites (1⁄2 cup liquid egg whites)


Cook on pancake griddle.
