Spinach Artichoke Dip

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP 

1 8oz brick of cream cheese

1/2-1 C heavy cream or milk

1 C Parmesan 

1 jar of artichoke hearts (about 8-10 artichoke hearts) 

1/2lb spinach slivered 


Melt down cream cheese in milk/cream. 


Once melted add in parmesan let simmer (really low)  and thicken about 5 min or until desired consistency. 


Add in chopped up artichoke hearts and slivered spinach mix till incorporated. Let simmer for a couple min. 


Transfer into a baking dish sprinkle Parmesan on top and broil/bake at 400 till top is crispy. 


Watch closely so it doesn't burn.


Serve with pita chips and veggies.
