Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1/2 cup (40 g) 100% whole grain oats old fashioned (grind in blender)
- 16 oz (454 g) Turkey ground 93% lean 7% fat raw
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning by simply organic
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes by supreme tradition
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder by badia
Directions
- Mix all crust ingredients together and spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet so it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Remove and top with sauce, cheese, and whatever other toppings you want.
- Bake for another 10 minutes. Broil briefly for a little browning.
