CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1/2 cup (40 g) 100% whole grain oats old fashioned (grind in blender)
  • 16 oz (454 g) Turkey ground 93% lean 7% fat raw
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning by simply organic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes by supreme tradition
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder by badia


Directions

  1. Mix all crust ingredients together and spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet so it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove and top with sauce, cheese, and whatever other toppings you want.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes. Broil briefly for a little browning.
