Pop Tarts

POP TARTS


Mix together 1 recipe of pie crust (or use prepackaged pillsbury)

1 jar of homemade or specialty made jam of choice


Roll pie crust into long rectangle, cut into even small rectangles (approx 3x4).

Place 2 TBSP jam on one small rectangle

Run wet finger along edge of rectangle and place another rectangle crust on top. Use fork to press edges.

Bake at 450 for 12 minutes


Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 Tbsp water

Frost cooled pop tarts

Add sprinkles while frosting still moist
