PUPPY DOG BIRTHDAY CAKE

Ingredients 

Cake:

2 C oat flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 C coconut oil

1/2 C peanut butter

1 C applesauce

1 C pumpkin puree

2 eggs

Frosting:

2 C natural jiffy peanut butter 

Mini milk bone biscuits 

Method:

In a large bowl, combine all the cake ingredients and mix well. 

Pour mixture into two 6” round cake pans. 

Bake at 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes. 

Frost with peanut butter (use mainstream brand that isn’t truly natural or it will be too oily to stay solid on cake). Decorate with mini milk-bone biscuits.
