Caramel for Popcorn

CARAMEL FOR POPCORN

2 C brown sugar 
1 C karo syrup dash of salt 
1/2 C butter 
1 can sweetened and condensed milk 

 Cook brown sugar, karo syrup, salt and butter to between soft and hard ball stage. Add sweetened condensed milk. Pour over popped popcorn...hot air popped corn works best.
