Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD

1 cup packed brown sugar 
1 cup sugar 
1 cup butter, melted
3 eggs 
2 1/3 C flour 
1 1/2 C canned pumpkin (one regular can)
2 tsp. baking soda 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp. cloves 
2 C semisweet chocolate chips 

 In a mixing bowl, cream sugars, butter and eggs. Add flour, pumpkin, water, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Mix thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips. pour into four greased and floured 6X3X2 inch loaf pans. I always add extra granulated sugar on top to make the crust extra flakey and sweet. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bread tests done. Best served once completely cooled. Yields: 4 mini loaves or 2 regular loaf cakes.
