German Pancakes



GERMAN PANCAKES

6 eggs 
3 C milk 
1/4 C sugar 
1 1/2 C flour 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 cube butter
Add cinnamon and vanilla if desired

 Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix all the other ingredients together in mixer and pour over margarine in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. 

Sometimes we bake the pancakes in our little staub 8 oz cast iron dutch ovens to get extra crispy edges for everyone!

Instead of making the traditional fruit cocktail these days, we just take assorted frozen tropical fruit mix from the store and mix it with a bit of orange juice to get slushy yummy topping.
