Grandma Beth's Million Dollar Fudge

GRANDMA BETH'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE


Mix together in LARGE mixing bowl & set aside

1 16 oz. Hershey bar- milk or almond 

12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

 2 C. walnuts (optional) 

14 oz Marshmallow cream 


Combine in pan & bring to boil for 4 minutes stirring continuously until soft ball stage: 

4 ½ C. sugar 

dash of salt 

1 large can evaporated milk- not sweet 

5 Tbsp butter


Pour 2nd mixture over 1st mixture. Stir until smooth & cooled. Pour in buttered pan. 9x13 & smaller square.
