Caramel Candies

CARAMEL CANDIES

Bring to slow boil: 
2 C. white caro syrup 
2 C. sugar 
1 cube butter 

Add 2 C. cream 
Boil slowly to medium stage ( 245 to 250 F.) (1/2-2 hr) 
Drop mixture in cold water to check it. 
Add 1 tsp vanilla & pour into 9x12 buttered cookie sheet.
