Sweet Chex Mix



SWEET CHEX MIX

1/2 C butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup

Bring to a boil for 3 mins (just before soft ball stage). Pour over 12 cups cereal (6 cups rice Chex, 2 cup Golden Grahams, 4 cups corn Chex) in a large bowl and mix. 

Pour onto parchment paper lined baking sheet to cool. 



Grandma Mary’s original LARGE recipe:
2 cubes butter
1 1/3 C. sugar
½ C. Karo syrup 

Boil for 3 min. Pour over 6 qts. cereal. (4 qts rice chex + 2 qts. Golden grahams + 1 C. nuts- opt.)
