Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars


PUMPKIN BARS 

INGREDIENTS:
2 cup flour 
1 1/2 cup sugar 
2 tsp baking powder 
2 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp salt 
4 beaten eggs 
1 large can pumpkin 
1 cup cooking oil 

 In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients. Stir in the wet ingredients until combined. 

Spread in ungreased 15x10x1 baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 

Cool for 2 hours on wire rack before topping with cream cheese frosting. Cut into squares. 

 Cream Cheese Frosting: 
1 8 oz. cream cheese-softened 
1/2 cup butter
2 cup powdered sugar 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
 Mix together, add milk if needed
